You can now access the scenario desk right through Teams.

Steps to open a scenario desk ticket:

Open teams on your desktop or mobile device

Go to your teams apps:

  1. Desktop- the left hand rail
  2. Mobile App- The 3 dots that say “More” on the bottom right

Select CMG Internal Help

3 ways to open a ticket:

  1. Type “scenario”
  2. Click the Scenario Desk Button in the automated message
  3. On Desktop Hit the System and Scenario Panel across the top, hit Create Ticket, chose Scenario Desk

Complete the ticket the same way you always have!

Your ticket will be assigned to an underwriter who will get back to you even faster!
